Consumer Advice and Complaints

If you wish to provide advice, a compliment or a complaint about a service you received from the WA Country Health Service (WACHS) you are welcome to contact the local management, the Regional Director or the office of the Chief Executive Officer - in person, by phone or in writing.

We welcome your comments and complaints about any of our services. Your feedback will provide us with the opportunity to assist hospital and health care staff to better meet the consumer needs and improve service quality.

A useful website that gives information about how to give feedback, make a complaint or take a complaint further, sources of advocacy and advice, support for non English speaking people and for people with hearing impairment is www.complaints.wa.gov.au.
