Professional supervision is a crucial aspect of professional accountability and a cornerstone of clinical practice. Supervision encourages the development of professional skills and enhanced quality of patient care through the implementation of an evidence-based approach to maintaining standards in practice and technical proficiency. Professional supervision is also a critical component of clinical credentialing.
Investigating Professional Supervision
In 2008 WACHS completed a project to investigate the clinical supervision system and support required of allied health professionals and managers within WACHS.
