Learning and Development Policy
The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) aims to provide a learning and development framework that provides for the delivery of safe, high quality, consumer centred care and service. We achieve this through supporting and facilitating learning programs that provide for the development and maintenance of professional skills through contemporary workforce education and learning. Ensuring ongoing skills development and continuous learning assists us to attract and retain a workforce whose skills and capability grow in line with service needs.
Learning Development Program Development Procedure
This procedure has been established to provide a structured approach for the management of WACHS Learning and Development resources and programs that are hosted within Capabiliti Learning Management System.
