This document been prepared with a view to setting out how the WACHS Committee framework is to operate, to provide appropriate oversight of WACHS operations to the Executive and its sub-committees, standardising committee procedures to improve consistency, effectiveness and accountability associated with committee functions, and outlining the roles and responsibilities of all parties and to provide guidance to Committee Executive Officer to ensure meeting outcomes are documented in a meaningful way.
