Patients across the Wheatbelt are recognising the dedication and passion of country staff as they share their positive experiences online.

The region’s patients have been taking to the Care Opinion platform to thank staff, one patient even giving the Kununoppin team an A+ grade in patient care.

“In my experience, the nurses, reception staff and cleaners are amazing, polite, caring and friendly people,” the patient wrote.

“I was very well looked after… A+.”

The patient’s sentiments were echoed in Pingelly, with another praising everyone from nurses to cleaners for making their nine-day stay that little bit brighter.

“I have been attending the Pingelly Medical Centre for some days… [and] the staff I saw have been fantastic,” they wrote.

“The kindness, concern and compassion have shone through every day and continue to do so.

“We are blessed to have such a wonderful medical service team in our town.”

The positive experiences in the Wheatbelt join many from across country WA, thanks to the dedication and passion of WA Country Health Service staff.

Wheatbelt Regional Director Rachele Ferrari joined with patients to thank staff for continually going above and beyond in their care.

“A kind word goes a long way for our staff – they are so dedicated to their communities and feedback means so much,” she said.

“High quality, patient centred care is the cornerstone of everything we do, and all of our staff strive for this, from our various medical teams through to support staff.

“I thank all our staff members, for continuing to remain passionate and dedicated to our country communities.”
