Every Immunisation Matters

Two colourful campaign posters depicting families with young children with slogan 'every immunisation matters'.Objectives

The campaign aligns with the WA Immunisation Strategy 2024-28 and aims to:

  • Normalise immunisation and promote the WA Immunisation Schedule as the standard and trusted pathway for protecting children’s health.
  • Connect families with local immunisation services.
  • Prompt and remind caregivers to keep their child’s immunisations up-to-date through timely and supportive messaging.
  • Raise awareness among culturally and linguistically diverse families that their children may be eligible for additional immunisations under the Australian schedule.

Key messages

  • Regular childhood immunisations help keep kids healthy and protect them from sickness.
  • Immunisation helps foster healthy communities.
  • Immunisations are safe.
  • Community health providers are available to support, educate and empower country families to make informed decisions about childhood immunisation.

Target audience

  • Country WA families with children aged 0-5 years.
