WA Country Health Service is offering newly qualified enrolled nurses, registered nurses and midwives graduate positions through the 2026 GradConnect program.

GradConnect is a centralised online recruitment process that enables access to employment opportunities through graduate, or transition to practice, programs.

GradConnect offers a range of learning and development opportunities to help you launch your career or extend your skills into specialised roles – from medical to palliative care, paediatrics and more.

Applications for the 2026 program are now open for positions commencing between 1 July 2026 and 30 June 2027.

Using one application, graduates can apply for employment opportunities in all participating public, private and aged care health providers in WA.

Graduate programs are paid programs offering hands-on experience in a supportive environment. They provide experience in a wide range of clinical settings where graduates gain unique experiences that enrich their professional skillset.

This fantastic opportunity only comes along once a year; submit your application by 1pm (AWST) on 18 March 2026. Late applications will not be accepted.
