Allied Health Transition to P2 Program

The Transition to P2 Program (T2P2) program enables new and aspiring senior allied health professionals to understand the roles, responsibilities and expectations of a senior allied health professional and navigate processes relevant to the functions of a senior role.

The program focusses on building critical skills including leadership, clinical governance, team management and performance, supervision, communication and interpersonal skills.

The T2P2 program offers:

  • Onboarding support from the T2P2 coordinator and relevant professional leads
  • One-on-one or small group clinical supervision
  • Regular education and training sessions
  • Peer learning groups to consolidate and share skills and knowledge
  • Monthly e-newsletters
  • Access to additional learning opportunities linked to individual learning needs

The T2P2 program periodically opens to aspiring and current senior audiologists, physiotherapists, social workers, podiatrists, speech pathologists, dietitians and occupational therapists (with more than 12 months experience) who wish to upskill or refresh their knowledge and skills.
